How to sum the project % Completion based off the %complete column?

Trying to put a formula in the blank column that will tell me overall project completion %. Thank you!!!

I keep a Parent row on top of all the milestones/sections. That will automatically calculate the overall project complete % and also provides a quick row to view the Start and Finish dates for the whole project as well.

Insert a row above Formatting, title something like " CX Manual Full Timeline". Select all rows below and Indent. Then, you can set CX Manual Complete Status Column 10 to "=[% Complete]2" and it will always update when any % complete is updated.
