merge cells.
Is there any way to merge cells in Smartsheet? this is critical to me and the JOIN formula is not the easiest way to address this like excel.

@Eberto Pallares By "merge" do you mean putting the content of two (or more) columns into another column?
Very simplistic approach (which I use regularly) is [column 1]@row + " and " + [column 2]@row + ...
The result from the above is two strings with the word "and" between them. You can string together as many columns or static strings as you need.
It can also be turned into a column formula.
Is that enough?

Nope, no way I know to do that within a sheet. IMO sheets are not the best vehicle for presentation purposes.

Sad :) this should be a "basic" functionality of this platform.

The only way I've been able to do it is changing the cell color for all columns that related. I would suggest pale colors, so if you have conditional formatting configured in specific cells, you could use bold colors to have them stand out in the sheet. Hope this helps.
