What can i do for unlock my account?

My account was canceled, so i want to do the payment to use but i can´t do this.

I just sent a e-mail to support smartsheet, but till now i don´t have a solution.

Hi @Quezia Mbomi

If you Cancelled and closed your account (like this option here), but you want to open it up again, try using the "Forgot Password" button to Change and Reset Your Password. This will allow you to log in to your Cancelled account.

From there you can Identify Your Smartsheet Plan and User Type and select what type of plan you wish to purchase. You can review plan information from this page as well.
