How to set what day and time I want Task Owners to be notified?

I want to set notifications up for my staff that only occur during business hours.
- Monday - Friday
- at 8AM

Your trigger would be "When a date is reached". Then you would click on "Run Once" and select "Custom". From there you set it to repeat every 1 week and then select the appropriate days of the week. Once you save that, you will see that at he bottom of the trigger portion you can set the time.
