Multiple IF function

Hi All

I am battling with a formula for the following.

If the Ticket status column, is "New" or "In Progress" and the Days Past Due date is less than 0, return "OVERDUE", or else "On Track".

Can any one help please, I am new at the formula thing..

=IF(AND([Past Due]@row < 0, OR([Ticket Status]@row = "New", [Ticket Status]@row = "In Progress")), "OVERDUE", "On Track")
