Duration of time formula

I have reviewed a lot of posts regarding time formulas and have discovered that there is no easy answer for these questions but I can't seem to get anything I am reading to work for me. So, here is my issue: We are trying to track the time it takes to work on a project. They are entering in a Start Time and an End Time. I am looking for a way to calculate the actual time spent in hours and minutes.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
