Jump to Row and/or Link from Reminder

I utilize multiple sheets for projects. I will send myself a reminder for a row. When I get the emailed reminder it tells me the row number but doesn't give me a link the row and/or I've not figured out how to jump to a particular row. I then have to scroll and scroll to get to the correct row to place my note or set my reminder out again.

Any tips to make this easier that I just don't know about?
