Move Row Automation Not Working - Rows Missing

I have a move row automation in place that is causing my data to go missing. The activity history shows that the automation is working and the rows are moving, but they never show on the destination sheet. (Yes, I have verified I am looking at the right destination sheet).

The source sheet and destination sheet have the exact same columns, so I am not sure what the issue is?

Any help/insight would be appreciated! Thank you.

Easy to miss!

It's happening because the rows above are not empty (even if they might look like they are).

You'd need to delete the rows between the rows that you want to keep. You must delete the rows and not only the contents.

If you look in the Activity Log on the Destination sheet, can you see that the row(s) were added?
Have you looked at the bottom of the sheet?

Hi @Andrée Starå ! Thanks for your response. The destination sheet does say a row was added, but it's not there! I only have 5 rows added in the destination sheet so far, so I am looking at all of them :)

@Andrée Starå i didn’t know what you meant at first because I was looking at the bottom of the rows I already had in there. I scrolled… and now see them 🤦🏻‍♀️

why is that happening? Is there a way I can make the rows show at the top?
