Need a formula to count a multi-select dropdown cell if its contents include "has any of"

Hi there. New to Smartsheet so forgive me if this is basic. I have searched the forum but can't find the specific usage scenario. I am trying to create a Sheet Summary formula to count all the cells in a certain row [Tags] that contain a specific "tag" eg. "Mid-M". Seems easy enough but because its a multi-select dropdown field, I can have multiple entries in it. My basic formula =COUNTIF(Tags:Tags, "#mid-m") works fine till a second "tag" is entered in that cell. How do I need to modify my formula to count all entries? Thanks everyone.

=COUNTIF(Tags:Tags, HAS(@cell, "Mid-M"))
