Is the only way to create a dynamic view from multiple sheets to use a report?

I am looking to create a dynamic view configuration that pulls the information from multiple sheets. I know that you can create a dynamic view of a report, so is this the only way to create a dynamic view of multiple sheets?

Yes. the only way to reference multiple sheets in a Dynamic view is to first create a report and then reference that.
