Building my first report and when I click on sheet and then click on the sheet I want to use from my folder, it pulls in every row and displays it automatically vs just showing the sheet name. Just trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thanks. Kevin

Not sure I follow.

You'd need to add some filter criteria to filter what's shown.

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

I'm following the step by step instructions for report building and it shows the sheet name under the "sheet name" column after you select the sheet from your folder. When I select the sheet from my folder, it pulls in every row from the sheet vs just the sheet name. I'll gladly share the sheet with you. Nothing confidential just a test. Thanks for the assist
