Subscription NOT working
I have a subscription running until July 2022 but I have lost all my lessons. When I click on my profile and try to open a lesson, it tells me "page not found". When I navigate to the home page it asks me to pay again. My subscription code isn't working either. How can I get my lessons back?😔

@David Oandah I believe your best bet is to contact the customer service. They will have more information about your subscription.

Fyi. The subscription for Smartsheet and the University (former Center of Excellence) is separate.
If you haven't already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.
