Group by Contact in report showing multiple contacts even though there is only Contact assigned

Hi all,

I am facing a strange problem with a report I am creating, so we have multiple programs and we have the contact list field "assigned to evangelist" as one of the fields in the programs. I am trying to group by "Assigned to evangelist" and then group by program sheet. For some reason for some contacts, the group by shown "Multiple contacts even though it's only 1. For some contacts, it shows correctly. I was hoping to get help with what am I doing wrong.

How is that column configured in the Column Properties for each of your 5 source sheets?

I would suggest going into each source sheet and ensure that the checkbox that allows for multiple contacts is not selected:

Each of the 5 sheets would need to be configured the exact same. Then you should be able to refresh your Report and it will update!

Let me know if this was the issue.

    Cheers,

    Genevieve

I am having this same issue, yet it just started. My sheets are all set to NOT allow multiple contacts and the group by contact field just recently started showing duplicates on some reports and I cannot figure out why. I have a ticket with support open but not yet resolved. Any other ideas?
