Question About Symbols Based on Text

Hello - I am trying to figure out a formula to place the red circle symbol if the cell prior contains the the word "red" and a green dot if the cell contains the word "green". I tried to figure out the formula based on one color and didn't get very far. Column name for the cell with the word "red" or "green" is B&E Management - Staffing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

=IF(FIND("green", [B&E Management - Staffing]1), "Green")
