Can automated messages not include the owner's name on the email?
I have a sheet where having the owner's name on the notification is causing confusion so I was wondering if there was a way to remove it? I know that we can set up a licensed account with a generic email address and give it ownership of the sheet in question but I was wondering if there was another way to accomplish this as getting a generic license is not an option for me.
I could have sworn I saw a recent (ish) communication where this may be possible but my google searches are coming up empty, so I may have been mistaken. Anyone out there know?
