Trying to create a formula to get quiz results from smartsheet form

Hello!

I created a quiz using smartsheet forms, and i need help to create a formula to take the answers submitted from the smartsheet form and create test results (an additional column showing if the selected answers in the previous columns are correct).

Would it be possible to get a screenshot of your project, with sensitive information redacted? I may have a solution for you using simple IF-Statements or even just conditional formatting.

What scoring would you like to use?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

The issue is I have created a Smartsheet form that is a quiz. The data shows up correctly in the Smartsheet itself, but I'm trying to run functions to give me the correct answers.

The questions on the forms are multiple-choice questions or true or false questions. I can use the conditional formatting to highlight correct and incorrect answers for each submission, but i would like to have a percentage score in the last column based on 22 questions. Here is a snippet below. Let me know if additional is needed!
