How to keep % formatting when pulling data from another cell

I have information in 2 cells which I need to pull into one cell. One of the 'feeder' cells contains a number in % format the other is just text. When I pull them into my combined cell, the muber loses its % format. Is there a way to retain it? Thanks

=[Risk Score]@row * 100 + "%" + " : " + Mitigation@row

Thank you for this. It works great to give me the % I was after. Much appreciated. The only thing is that the number has 4 decimal places. I would prefer it to be rounded to the nearest whole number. So instead of 29.0453%, I would ideally like to see 29%. If you have any ideas for that too - fantastic - but if not, I am still very grateful. Thank you.

=ROUND([Risk Score]@row, 2) * 100 + "%" + " : " + Mitigation@row
