Sales & Operations Planning Process using smartsheet

I would like to run a Sales & Operations Planning process in smartsheet, but cannot find any templates or implementation case studies.

Did anyone have experience with running S&OP on smarthsheet.

There are a number of templates and template sets under the category "Sales" in the Solution Center. Have you looked through these, and will any of them help you with your process?

If none of this has helped, it would be useful to know a bit more about what you're looking to do in Smartsheet and I may be able to find a template set under a different heading or theme that could help get you started.

Dear Genevieve,

I have looked at the available templates and none of them helps.

With regards to the article it describes the S&OP concept broadly, but doesn’t offer a template set. The S&OP process is becoming more critical in many companies and it would be great to have a template set.

If there is none, we could work together to build one. I know that companies like adidas are using smartsheet to support their S&OP process and I was hoping that at least something is available.

I agree. I am needing to create an S&OP in Smartsheet as well but do not see a specific template for that.
