Hi I am trying to have the Today's date auto populate when a symbol turns green.
I am using the following formula but get an invalid data type error.... I am new to Smartsheet so any help is appreciated.

Hi @m.martinez
I hope you're well and safe!
Try something like this.
=IF(iOS@row = "Green", TODAY())
Did that work/help?
Note: This will update the date to today's date for each day. If you'd like to store the date, it changed to Green. It would be best if you used a Workflow combined with the Record a date Action instead.
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic weekend!

Thanks Andree, yes it works however, I would like to store the date, when changed to green. How would the workflow be setup to record date?
