Hope you are fine, if you activate the weekly backup for your workspace you can go to the backup file and download it the extract it then restore your data.

hi, i mistakenly deleted lots of rows and would like to restore it, i don't think i have enabled a daily backup, support isnt replying to my email. we're lost, please advise

Have you tried the Snapshot feature in the Activity Log?
