H-I have enabled dependencies, % Complete column is Text/number, all Plan Start and Plan Finish dates are in date format, Duration column has values, yet %complete does not populate. What could be the problem?

Hi @HFN
The % Complete column in a project plan will only automatically update on Parent rows, providing a summary of the child rows below. (See: Parent Rollup Functionality). For the child rows, you will need to input the % complete manually.
If you don't want to enter this manually, you can take away the % Complete field from your project settings and then create a formula to auto-populate all rows (see: Project Sheet Columns: Start Date, End Date, Duration, % Complete and Predecessors)
If you want to go the formula route, can you identify what percent you want to show based on the content in your sheet? Ex. do you want this to be date based, so dependent on when the task started, when it's due, and what today's date is? It would be helpful to see a screen capture of your sheet, but please block out sensitive data.
Cheers,
Genevieve
