Automation Approval Before Inserting an Event in the Calendar APP

I was wondering if anyone knows how I can set up an automation workflow so that an event is inserted into the Calendar APP only after it has been approved. I have a Calendar APP Calendar set up and it is populated through a report, which in turn is fed by three separate sheets, through three separate forms. I have tried creating a workflow for the approval, but it doesn't prevent the submitted form information from being entered on the Calendar. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Refugio. Thank you for turning to the Higher Ed Community for help. My first thought is to create a seperate sheet for just those events that are approved and then use this sheet to display approved events with the Calendar App. You could use the "Move Row" automated workflow to move an event that is approved from one of the capture sheets to the approved event sheet. The approval of an event is the trigger for the workflow.
