Contact Update

I have a contact sheet that collects info such as name, email, phone number, address and there is a form that feeds this. I want to build a workflow that sends an email out to each contact every 6 months or so and asks them to update those fields. Is there a way to do that?

Hello!

The way I would approach this is to create workflow which runs every 6 months and requests an update from the email contact field (see image). You can customize the message and the fields you're requesting an update on. Hope this helps!

So I did that, but it never sent anything out. I changed (for testing purposes) the date and time to the next hour and waited and it still didnt send out an update request. I can't figure out why.
