Are these working for anyone? Seem to be down.
Hi,
I have the same problem today. Some of my maps work, but other just give a spinning symbol whilst waiting to populate points. I've sent an email to the labs people, no response yet though...
Regards - Roland
Can anybody help troubleshoot this? I have been in touch with Smart Sheet support and the maps are working at their end.
Link to my map:
https://smartsheetlabs.com/smartsheetmaps/share/54c73e3ad545e036ea166c8b89a038c37551f4af765f7d4276ab9244923dae8e
When I (and several other people on other networks) follow the link, I get a zoomed out map with no pushpins. All my tests have been done in the UK.
When Smart Sheet support follow the link they get a correct map with pushpins.
We cannot understand what could be casuing this.
See test results attached.
I still get the same problem.
The maps that are a problem for me are located only by postcode; maps generated from multi-line addresses including country work fine.
However the single postcode maps used to work fine….
...The interesting thing is that the spinny/calculating icon continues to rotate in both examples. It's obviously trying to do something.
Any help appreciated.
Roland
Very interesting, thank you. Multi-line addresses working fine, attached.
For now I'll have to try and use this as a workaround, but it would be good to get the maps back working just from the post code - as they do when Smart Sheet support test them.
Thanks to Roland I have now (I think) worked around this.
If I use multiple columns for the address, but populate all fields with spurious data (except for the post code field) this now seems to work.
Attached.
Link should now show pushpins?
This gets stranger.... just gone back to edit my map and it's reverted back to one column but now seems to be working as it should.
Very strange!
I've just used the "fix" on all my other maps - and now all are working fine as they were.
Weird.
Just used the "fix" too. now working...
Had same problem and used your work around, thanks.
Would be better if Smartsheet fixed it though.
Out of interest I am UK based how about you guys? It may be a Microsoft regional issue if we are all in the same area.
I am UK.
SS support suggested it was a MS issue.
Maps broken again :-(
Unfortunately this time, the above "fix" doesn't work.
