Hi, are delivery settings associated with a specific type of automated workflow, I just can't seem to find it :(

Can you clarify what type of delivery settings you're looking to adjust? There are certain ways that you can customize the content of the workflow from the Action Block (see: Customize the content of your alerts and requests)

There are also other factors that will affect how your workflow will be delivered such as the type of action you are sending out and the trigger for that action. See: Trigger Blocks: Define When Your Workflow is Executed and Trigger Frequent, Change-Based Automations in Batches.
