Creat a From with 2 different languages

can i create one form but its presented to user in 2 different language options? English and French?

There currently isn't a way to create a Smartsheet Form which will dynamically display different languages (please let the Product team know about your request through this form, here!)

What you could do is customize the form fields to show both languages, or use the field Help Text description to add in the second language, like so:

That's a very clunky way to do it, and what if you need the help text for something else? Multiple language support is a very standard functionality now in modern apps.
