Can a form send the entry to different sheets?

I have 5 sheets with different types of works. Can I use one form, that will send the information to a certain sheet based on the information submitted by the employee filling out the form?

I'd recommend using a so-called helper sheet where all the forms would be submitted and then use Workflows combined with Move/copy row to have them moved/copied over to the correct sheet.

Make sense?
