Duplicates / Created Date And Modified Date
Hello. I hope you could help me.
This sheet is our tracker. I have a hidden "Duplicate Column" for any duplicate number in "Folder #" column.
I created two new columns, "Created Date" and "Modified Date". My problem is, I have not enter anything on the row but it has already an existing Created Date and Modified date. I show it's because of the duplicate formula. Hope you can solve my problem. Thanks.

If you set the formula as a column formula then you shouldn't have to pre-populate any rows.
-
Right click on any cell containing the formula then select the option (near the bottom of the menu) to convert it to a column formula. From there you can delete all of the unfilled rows and any new row added will automatically have that formula in that column.
