Locking a cell based on data in other cell

Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to lock a cell based on data elsewhere in the workbook. Based on what I see in the forums, I don't believe it's possible but I wanted to confirm.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to lock anything except rows, but it's an excellent idea!
