Why is there a restriction on the number of e-mail addresses in a cell?
Hi I use dynamic view where i have linked a cell in the database to determine who has access to specific part of the database. I have now encountered a restriction of max 20 e-mails in a cell. This has a major impact on my solution, because I need to have more then 20 people access to that data.
So why is there a restriction and what could be the workaround?
In dynamic view you can only select one column for access control, that limits me to max 20 people to view the row.
I hope somebody can help me with this.

Hi @Hilbert Kok
You are correct, there is a maximum number of 20 Contacts able to be selected in one Contact Column field. Please let the Product team know of your use-case and why you would need Smartsheet to be able to support more than this by filling in this form, here.
In regards to Dynamic View, do all of the contacts that you need to see this View have the same domain? If so, instead of restricting the View by the rows/Contact Column, what about setting a Filter on your View to dictate the rows shown, then Sharing it to an entire Domain? See: Configure View Conditions and Sharing Logic

Genevieve
