Default Contact beyond Assigned to

Hi Team,

For a current Workflow or Alert which I have setup, I need a Project Team members copied to those by default considering that notification is going out to contacts marked under "Assigned To".

Is this possible.

Hi @Gaurav Chauhan

You would want to have a second Contact Column in your sheet that identifies the Project Team member associated with each Assigned To person.

Then you can set up a second Action in the same workflow that sends the same notification email to this other column as well. Does that make sense?

It does, like adding an Escalation Contact Column Field and marking that person in it so each time it does to the assigned owner, the Escalation contact gets copied as well

Yes exactly! This would be if you had different Escalation contacts per-person.
