Custom Logo not being inherited within the Workspace

Cant get my custom logo to be inherited to sheets, reports, protals etc within a Workspace, please help on how this can be done, thanks.

This will depend on what plan-type you have.

The Pro Plan does not have access to custom colours and branding, however if you're on a Business or Enterprise plan, you can apply custom colours and logo either to a specific Workspace, or to your Personal Account (see here). Changes to Personal Color Settings and Logo will be applied to any sheet, report, and dashboard that isn't in a workspace.

It sounds like you may have applied branding to your Personal settings, so then you'll just need to apply this to your Workspaces as well! See: Apply Colors and Logo Branding to a Workspace

Have done all this, however some sheets and reports in the Workspace where I have changed to the custom logo show the custom logo and some don't.

Can you confirm that the custom branding was applied to this one Workspace, individually? And then can you confirm that these items are indeed housed in the Workspace and not in another one (linked out to from a Dashboard or some other resource).

Confirming the following:

• Workspace logo added individually to the respective Workspace
• All Dashboards, Reports, Worksheets are in the Workspace and not linked from another Workspace

At this point I would try fulling logging out of all instances of Smartsheet then logging in again. If this hasn't refreshed the Dashboard, you may need to contact Support with screen captures of what you're seeing, the workspace name, and some sheet URL examples.
