Formula for the arrow Visual symbol

Good Morning,

I'm looking for a formula for the arrow symbol, If the priority of a particular project changes then I would like for the arrow you move up or down within the column. I hope this makes sense, and thank you for any help that is given.

The value for arrows symbols are :

• Down
• Angle Down
• Sideways
• Angle Up
• Up

so you have to create formulas that will return those values, such as :

=IF([Primary Column]@row > 90, "Up", "Down")
