Edit permission trouble shoot

Recently i shared a sheet with my colleagues with Editor permission. but they get only view access when they log in to the sheet. However the edit is working form them on mobile app.

Hi @NikhilJoseph

This may be due to your Smartsheet plan-type. If you're on a Pro plan, in order for your colleague to Edit sheets they will need to be licensed on your same plan, see: Sharing and widgets in the Pro plan

If this isn't the case, you may want to contact Smartsheet Support about your sharing issue, including screen captures of what your user sees, their email address, and the sheet URL.
