Automatic email notification

Can someone help me create an automation workflow that will send an automatic email to submitter when the status of request is se to Denied?

Just to be noted I have a response to submitter column to where I input the message that needs to be send to the submitter. And also a Send Communication to Submitter column, a flag symbol that when red flagged it will trigger the automatic email. But it's not working.

Hi,

1. you need a created by column (didn't mention)
2. Make sure workflow allows notification to the submitter depending on if shared to the sheet, in the organization, or anyone.
3. see attached workflow sample.

Hi A Rose,

It work's now, but how can I limit the columns that will only be shared to the requestor? Let say for e.g. there's 10 columns in a sheet but I want to share as part of the notification email 5 columns only.
