Is it possible to save a Smartsheet in a Google Drive Folder?

Hi @3sprojects
You can export a Smartsheet Sheet as a Google Sheet and store a copy of it from that point in time in your Drive folder (see: Export to a Google Sheet).
However, if you're looking to store the actual, live Smartsheet Sheet you'll want to provide a hyperlink URL that will direct users to open up the Smartsheet application where the sheet is located. (See: System Requirements and Guidelines for Using Smartsheet).
Cheers!
Genevieve

Hi @3sprojects
As a follow-up to this, another option would be if you have Google Sites... you could Publish your sheet then use this link to embed the Sheet on your Google Site page. See: Publish a Sheet, Report, or Dashboard

I also have a project where I am trying to save all of the artifacts in a google drive. I've downloaded my Smartsheet to a google sheet, but the problem is that the attachments are not available. Any suggestions?

Hi @rfiller
You can download all attachments to a sheet from the Attachments tab by clicking All, then using the top checkbox to check all attachments at once.
Another option would be to always store your attachments in Google Drive, then use Smartsheet to connect to Google Drive to bring in your attachments from there. See: Attach a File or Link From an Online Resource
Cheers,
Genevieve

Thank you, Genevieve. When I download all the attachments to a google sheet, it seems to work. But when I open the google sheet, I don't see any attachments or a link or anything. How/where will I see the attachments? I'm saving the Smartsheet as a google sheet and then using this sheet as the one where the attachments should be saved. thank you!

Hi @rfiller
If you're Exporting the sheet to a Google Sheet, then you're correct: attachments are not included in the Sheet export. See: Export a sheet or report
If you're downloading Attachments, then these will be downloaded to your computer in a compressed .zip bundle. See: Access and Download Files Attached to a Sheet
