Is it possible to book meeting through Smartsheet?

Hi,

I would like to, if possible, set up a process where employees fill in a survey and if as a result they feel they need to book a meeting with our team they would do that through Smartsheet. The booked meeting would than show up in the employee & our team member calendar.

So the question is: is it possible to set a calendar that would be integrated either with Teams or Outlook?

The Smartsheet application does not have a booking system like this, Amy is using a different application. If you find a booking system application that you like, there may be ways to integrate it with Smartsheet, potentially using a third party like Zapier (see here).

Yes, you can Publish a Smartsheet Calendar view and add the Publish link to your Outlook Calendar. As you update the sheet, the changes you make will be reflected in the published iCal. This means that as users fill out the form and the row is added to the sheet, the newly added row will appear in your Outlook calendar as well!

Hi Genevieve,

Thank you for this, I checked out the iCal option, it seems to be only a partial solution to what I need. I found an example of what I am looking for. There is an option to book a meeting like this available for Smartsheet costumers. This would be a perfect for us. I was wondering if this is available at all?
