It is possible to create a multiple selection column whose values ​​read from a column on another sheet.

I have a sheet with the names of hotels and addresses of each hotel with about 600 hotels. Now in another sheet I want a column to show me the hotels to choose from and that when updating the hotels sheet I also update the column in the other sheet

Yes, what might be a better option is to create a report from your original sheet. Anything you update in the report automatically updates the original sheet. Hope that helps!
