Form condition based on another form

Im trying to find a solution for my prob.

Witch is i have a form with a dropdown select with names in for example.

I want to check if the selection i do on that field is apporved or not based on a value in another sheet

Is there a way to do this atm, workarounds appreciated aswell

You would be able to have it check after the fact but not while the form is being filled out.
