SmS report with filters in Confluence: filters wont sync

Hi,

I have a report in Smartsheet and applied filters to it. I embedded the report in Confluence, but whenever I refresh the page, it would display the unfiltered results of the report only. Any idea how I can make it look just like in SmS with the active filters?

It sounds like you are using a Published Link of a Sheet (that you use as a report) versus a Report type of Smartsheet item, is that correct?

If so, there currently isn't a way to set a default filter for a Published Sheet. Users will need to select the shared filter they want from the filter list after viewing the link.

The alternative would be to create a Report type of item in Smartsheet.

Reports have filters built into their creation, which means that when you Publish a Report it will show the exact filtered rows you've selected and won't give users the ability to change that filter. See: Use Filters on Reports and Share or Publish Your Report
