save multiple versions of the same form

How do I save multiple versions of the same form? Each year we will need to update some of the info in the original form and save as a new version, yet also keep the original form with the original information.

In Forms -> Manage Forms there is an option to Duplicate. You should be able to Duplicate your form, rename it, and then make the modifications you need to make for the new year.
