Locking row automatically or locking a sheet automatically

Can a row be automatically locked during certain time of the day to prevent input of data during a particular time period? If not can a sheet be locked during a particular time period of the day and automatically reopens for another period to allow input of data?

Any help would be grateful.

You can use multiple workflows combined with the lock/unlock row action for specific or all rows.

Thanks for responding. Can you say if this is a function which can be carried out on business plan of Smartsheet. If so, is it possible to direct me where this is located?
