Document Builder

Options

I am trying to use document builder with an existing PDF but need to confirm what I am trying to do will work.

I would like the PDF in document builder to be the same I can create on a forms page and that to connect to each other if that is possible?

Also, with the document builder and signature does the form have to be assigned by email to who will be signing it? The PDF requires several signatures but they are outside of our company so I have no way of knowing their email addresses prior to signature.

If that is possible to have signatures from outside without signing then I would like to have it assigned to internal staff for them to complete their part of the process.

Any guidance would be great!
