conditional formatting not working
I'm trying to make my conditional formatting work so that a column is highlighted a specific color is the % Completed column is over a certain amount and the Due Date is in the next 7 days. I even moved this rule close to the top of the list, just to make sure this would work. Can anyone help me fix this?

Hey @Erica Shaeffer
Put a decimal in front of the 60 so it's .60

@Devin Lee That fixed my conditional formatting (actually I just changed the % Completed column to being a number, so I could put in a regular 2 digit number). However, now my parent rows in that column are calculating a fraction of a whole rather than in whole numbers. How do I solve that?

By converting the column back in to a percentage and then updating the Conditional Formatting rule as suggested by @Devin Lee.
