Creating a Non-Fillable Document

I use Smartsheet forms to map our customers' usage of our products, however I would like to develop a definition list because we work with international customers.

The idea is to include a link in the description of the form that points to a non-fillable document in which the definitions are elaborated. This document does not therefore need to be completed.

Is it possible to develop such a document in Smartsheet?

Yes, it sounds like this should definitely be possible! You could set up a new sheet in Grid View which identifies the Product in one column and the Definition in another column.

Then (if you're on a Business or Enterprise plan) you can get a Read Only Publish Link to this sheet and include that Publish URL in your Form Description for your users to click on and review.
