Hi @Riaan
What plan-type are you on? If you are on the Pro Plan, the collaborator you're sharing the sheet with will need to have a license on your specific plan in order to be able to edit or make changes to the sheet. Please see this Help Article: Sharing and widgets in the Pro plan

Hi Genevieve,
thank you for the information, ideally you don't want to give your client a license, what will your suggestion be.

Hi @Riaan
If you regularly need to share and collaborate with more than ten people or with people outside of your plan, a Business plan may be a better choice than the Pro Plan. The Complete Features List on the Pricing Page for each plan here has more information on collaboration.

Genevieve

Hi Thank you for the feedback , do you maybe receive errors like this below ?
-
Hi @Riaan
There are many potential reasons for an error message like this. All systems are operational on the Status page: https://status.smartsheet.com/
In this instance, I would check your network or try connecting to another network, as well as trying other browsers as well. Here's a Help Article that may be useful: Issue: Smartsheet Is Continuously Loading, Not Responding, or Not Displaying Certain Items

Genevieve
