What is the desired outcome of this formula? What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

In the column of the formula I am trying to retrieve if the role column is blank then I need it to return a 0 but if it has text in it I need it to reference a separate sheet and two separate columns within that sheet. One column (Business Rule - CSR Indicator) returns a 1 or 0 and I need that to match what the other column (Business Rule - CSR Role) has entered which are different roles that answer the question of the Indicator column. Does that make sense?

Are you able to provide some screenshots for reference?
