I am looking for something similar. I am trying to use
=COUNTIF([Device Model]:[Device Model], "LENOVO 300E 2GEN CBK") AND (Issue:Issue), "Damaged Screen")
I would like to get a summary of all device models with a specific issue.
Can anyone help? Much appreciated!

I hope you're well and safe!
Try something like this.
= COUNTIFS([Device Model]:[Device Model], "LENOVO 300E 2GEN CBK", Issue:Issue, "Damaged Screen")
Did that work/help?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
