Published Dashboard Content View Error

Hi,

I have several widgets on my dashboard, but a few of them show up with an error that says the content is only viewable on the Smartsheet app (see attached). I've tried all the combinations of widget settings I can think of (take no action, open source item, link to published URL to view the source item) and none of them seem to change anything. I have all the corresponding reports set to publish view, so they should all be accessible to anyone outside my organization. Can anyone help?

Thank you for posting! Upon further review on that error, I am unable to replicate the same issue you are experiencing. At this time, I would recommend submitting a Support ticket so they can assist with troubleshooting that error message.
