Dropdown Contact Lists
I have a group of people I am constantly changing and I use the same one for all of my sheets. I would like to know how to create a list I can use across all of my sheets if that is possible. Group of internal people and they should all be a choice on any one of my sheets.

Hi there,
Best approach is add all to your contact list and then format the column as assign to.
This has the added advantage of being able to run automated alerts etc. to the relevant person.

Do you have access to the Premium App, Data Shuttle? It can be used to keep Dropdown lists "synced".
